Who are we?
35 years of experience with a highly diverse range of organizational challenges. Founded and sold our own companies. Grown wise through trial and error. Seen organizations become successful, and also seen them struggle. Not everything we set out to achieve was accomplished, that's the honest story. We have learned a great deal from experience, above all that organizations need to be adaptive, continuously moving with the world around them. That sometimes calls for hard and sharp choices, and we're glad to help make them. And then, based on those choices, to translate them into action for people. Through interventions on leadership, ways of collaborating, and creating clarity about the performance and behavior expected of people.
