This company is a specialist in machine building and machine components and develops, builds, and installs production lines and tools for punching, bending, and joining sheet metal. Its often international customers are pleased with the high level of quality awareness and smart solutions for complex challenges. To operate successfully now and in the future, attracting and developing talent that wants to grow within the organization is essential. Certainly a challenge in a tight labor market.
The organization's goal was: strengthening and developing the leadership of tomorrow. Multiplyer developed a program for employees with the ambition to grow into key positions within the organization. Strong employees who take charge of their own careers, demonstrate personal leadership, and want to contribute to the development of the organization through their own development.
After a careful selection procedure that included an assessment, we worked intensively for a year with a group of 12 employees. The focus was on personal effectiveness: How can I increase my influence and results on the work floor by making optimal use of my qualities and talents? From self-reflection, the step was taken toward self-management: from belief in oneself and confidence in one's own abilities, taking the step toward taking responsibility and showing initiative.
